At the heart of Simply Present Healing is a simple intention: to create a space where people feel supported, cared for, and able to return to themselves.
My path to this work has been shaped by both professional experience and a deeply personal calling. For many years, I built my career in Human Resources, supporting individuals and organizations through growth, challenge, and transition. At its core, that work was always about people—listening, guiding, and showing up with care.
From an early age, I have experienced the world intuitively and felt a strong connection to energy and presence. Over time, that awareness deepened through personal exploration of meditation and contemplative practices, including Buddhism, Kabbalah, and other spiritual traditions. I have also been shaped by meaningful life experiences—traveling extensively, spending time in meditation, and volunteering in spaces that support individuals through some of life’s most vulnerable moments. I have volunteered with a suicide prevention hotline and a domestic violence support organization, and have offered Reiki to patients receiving infusion care in a medical setting. These experiences reinforced my belief in the importance of simply being present with others in a compassionate and grounded way.
Over time, I felt a deeper pull toward more direct, presence-based healing work. That calling led me to formally train in modalities that now shape my practice.
I am a 3rd degree Reiki practitioner in the Usui lineage, a certified sound healer, and a trained End-of-Life Doula through INELDA. These practices allow me to support individuals in a way that is both grounded and attentive to the emotional, energetic, and human experience.
My Approach
I believe that healing does not come from fixing, but from creating the conditions where the body and mind can soften, settle, and return to balance.
My work is rooted in presence—being fully with each person, without judgment or expectation. Whether through Reiki, sound healing, or end-of-life support, I offer a calm and supportive environment where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel gently held.
Each session is guided by attentiveness, respect, and a deep honoring of where you are in your experience.
Life Beyond the Practice
I live bi-coastally between the Jersey Shore and the Seattle area, and I am, above all, a mother, daughter, wife, sister, friend, artist, horseback rider, and human. These roles continue to shape my perspective and remind me daily of the importance of connection, care, and presence in our lives.
An Invitation
Whether you are seeking relaxation, support, or simply a space to pause and reconnect, my intention is to meet you exactly where you are.
You don’t need to prepare anything or be anything other than yourself. You are welcome here.
